1. Introduction: The purpose of the document is to find information on what we do and how our service works. 2. Interpretation: The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Country refers to Kuwait
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Holistic Development and Consulting, AlHamra Tower, Kuwait City, Floor 16, Office D16.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
• Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
• You mean the individual accessing or using the platform, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

3. Entry Regulation: 

• All personal belongings such as textbooks, notebooks, laptops, files, briefcases, umbrellas, etc. are allowed in the center.
• Silence should be observed within the center.
• The member must show his/her identity card when demanded by the staff.
• Food is not allowed in the center. However, light snacks and beverages are allowed
• All information should be given to the front desk of the center before entry
• Keeping the place neat and clean after using is required
• All kinds of pets are not allowed
• All kinds of smoking are not allowed in the center
• All entries should be more than 21 years old

4. Dress Code: 

• All members are walk-Ins should come neatly and cleanly dressed and should be well groomed
• The dress should be appropriate to the work environment. Too revealing clothes are not allowed.
• The attire should project professionalism.
• Clean and good shape clothes should be used at work. The clothes with rips, holes, or tears are not allowed.
• Clothes offensive to other members or the public should be avoided.
• The attire employees are expected to wear should come under business, business casual, smart casual, and casual as per the rules and day allotment did by the organization.
• Clothes should be suitable for the work environment, properly ironed with no wrinkles.
• The frayed and dirty clothing is not acceptable.
• Clothing with offensive pictures, terms, or words is not acceptable in the workplace.
• Short pants, shirts, tops, or skirts are not allowed.

5. Payments: All bookings and orders are confirmed once they got paid.

6. Cancelation or Refund Policy: 

• The order fees are not refundable.

Note: Any violation of policies mentioned above will prevent the member to enter the center under any circumstances.

All prospective clients introduced to the Business Center by Holistic are strictly private and confidential and for the exclusive use of the Business Centre.

The Business Center can only use customer information in relation to offering your Business Center services. We adhere to legislation, and it is imperative that customer information cannot be passed on to a third party.
